The Intimacy Intensive Series
Intimacy Intensives are offered to individuals or couples with complicated life stories, including family of origin trauma, extramarital affairs, addictions, sexuality concerns and other sensitive issues. Intensives are booked for half or full-day sessions.
Should I stay or should I go?
The Intimacy Intensive focuses on naming the truth about a couple's relationship in order to decide whether the relationship can be worked on or not. If the relationship is workable, couples are guided through a process of learning new relational life skills. This helps them to reconnect and rebuild their relationship. If the relationship is unworkable, couples are guided through a process to end their relationship.

The Parenting Intensive
Today's children are growing up on-line, living a fast-paced, high-stressed life that leads to problematic behaviours, (i.e. defiance, entitlement, addictions, and low self-esteem) and relationship issues with their parents. Learn how to help your children shift from destructive behaviours and negative outside influences to more meaningful family and social connections. Help your children to create enthusiasm for a positive outlook on the future.
Strengthen Your Child's Core!
Learn how to create a harmonious environment with mutual respect and trust in order to meet the needs of your child. Don't try to bend your child to your will. We will teach you how to let your children handle what they can in an age-appropriate manner. Our goal is to help you adopt the motto, "Never do for your child what he can do for himself." Intensives are booked for half or full-day sessions.
Clare and Gail helped us to realize the malicious patterns in our relationship and taught us to break them. They helped us to realize our true needs and coached us to use new techniques. They helped us to sober up and initiate positive transformation.
